In lieu of actually being there, I "visit" the 'Dam regularly on the web through sites like this, google maps, the amsterdamhotspots.com webcam overlooking Koningsplein http://amsterdamhotspots.com/cgibin/camview.cgi?cam02 (still my favorite) and the webs sites of my favorite coffeeshops.
The Rokerij is by far my favorite - the music and the 360-degree pan of the Leisestraat shop really takes me there. The music - sometimes I'll open another tab and just let it play at the same time as the webcam. The combination of sounds just really makes the place come alive in a way that pictures alone can't do.
I also like the Paradox web site. Of course, Willie Wortels "Hemp City" is another favorite. Any others out there worth spending some time on?

We actualy are an off-shoot of this site.
Filled in while site was down last year and have continued as VDF, but ACD was parent iste.
Just got back on-line this week after being down for a few months.
smokersguide.com is good. there was this one blog or something where this dude in amsterdam would report weekly maybe more about what he had smoked that week and what was good at the moment, good buys, etc. forgot the website though, anyone know it? _________________ as always chill and keep it vapin...

Can't stand smokersguide myself the weed and hash reviews are always the same no matter what he smokes and the message board is like something from 1984.
